Enemy Territory Ultimate Installer is a very simple installer that gathers all you need to play to Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. With the regular files, you need at least 3 steps to install version 2.60b. With ET Ultimate Installer, there's only one file to download and all the files needed will be installed in a few seconds.

It is especially made for all the beginners and for people who want to (re)install ET quickly and easily. It's faster and easier to use than the usual installers! You will get the latest patch, the maps most commonly used (at least in competition), the most played mods, etc. Why not trying it then? ;)

this ''installer'' is meant for new people, you really think their going to play cb within 3 months? public servers dont have restriction like cb cfg...

it's not only for beginners, and many servers have restrictions (for example punksbusted provides recommended server cfg). anyway, it's interesting to know the restrictions if people want to modify the cfg file. It just takes some bytes and i personally use it for creating the cfg file, so it's pretty useful, at least for me.

Please grow up, or just quit i-net, ET ultimate installer is for everyone, instead of reinstalling ET or buying new PC and have to install all those update, kanshu made it easier for us all, but no, you must flame him, please die in car crash.

well tbh he's a bit right imo, i cant see myself as a highskilled player, nor as a newbie, but i just zip my gamestuff all together, i dont want an installer for that :P

of course you can do that, but only you can use it. mine is meant to be distributed so anybody can use it. there isn't any useless file and you can choose what you want to be installed. there are also some registry keys added so you won't need to configure ET path in some programs like All Seeing Eye.
my aim was to replace the official installer and make ET easier to install & use, since it's pretty complicated to install (you even see guides on Internet on which files you need to dl and which patches you need). so i think i reached my goal ;)
