r_shownormals 1 doesn';t work and everyone keeps getting kicked for PB Ini Failure all the time, np if that's fixed though

pb shouldn't be enabled on ettv's, but I checked your ettv server in hlsw and it seems that pb is off now??
to the one above; r_shownormals wasn't working because of PB probably, but if pb is off and u still cant use r_shownormals 1, it can also be a problem with the clients config (I have it too, dunno how to fix but r_shownormals 2 works :s)
