I received a PM asking me to re-add a matchserver to this match as it had been removed and the GTV system could not connect ettv.

I added GTV2 matchserver as you can see above but in the meantime this match had started on GTV1 without any ettv present, therefore there are no demos and this match was NOT played with any ettv and is therefore canceled on GTV.
