if players will be on match server, here will be ettv servers, then just connect to one of them
and in case ur VERY new.. :) bellow the lineups in the "Broadcasted by" category there will be an IP of the ettv server. just copy/paste it in ur ingame console and ur connected.
And IF he's VERY VERY new, he should open the console with tilde (~) and write /connect IP and then he's connected
