now ppl need to learn more about CGAC - it means that they shouldn't be lazy and read CGAC FAQ or make a ticket when they have a problem with our beloved AC :)

once CGAC activate, the game doesn't want to run on Windows 8, error message repeatedly! even with the firewall and antivirus disabled. you have to run every 5 minutes!

(but I had the same problem as you, you just can't get out of the install loop, which is so annoying)
Just add CGAC to the exceptions of your Antivirus (or Window Defender).
In the error you got, a link to a .exe on your hard-drive is given. Add that link first to your antivirus/window defender.
Can't be that difficult, can it?
