they all have some kind of contracts for income so thay can play in the middle of the day?
At least 4 of them (fnatic & VP) are pro's, meaning that playing CS:GO is their full-time job. These indeed have professional contracts.
Some others are making a living with streaming, despite not having a professional contract; so you can also say that this is their full-time job.
For the others I don't know, either they don't have a job, or they took a day off.
