When requesting ettv coverage for matches on Sunday evenings (or any other really busy period) you should add your matchserver or choose a GTV matchserver (when one is still available) before your request will be approved.
GTV provide a number of matchservers for use for matches that are requested, however this number is limited and servers are spread across the 1,2,3 star matches.

There is no point GTV approving lots of matches that have no matchserver and then them being cancelled as no GTV matchserver is available at the time of the match!
