Assuming you mean your connected is being (for some reason) routed from SWE->USA->GER, it wouldn't be the admin's fault, however that is really silly.

Well the flags only indicates what country presumably owns the portion of the net, I had 2 points with the picture.

1. I asked for another gtv server, I specified 1 or 2 or w/e as long as it was not the berlin center(like 3(188.x.x.x), 4, 6, 8, 10). Ended up playing on 10, which I find on the same machine as the first server if I did not make a misstake.
2. You can see that it is choking. There were some mouthing off from some real network professionals(that has probably read a wholly few pages written by madscientist), especially about ping.

I made a crossfire page about why they should be replaced/fixed/moved, with pretty proper material which ate some friggin time, before crossfire decided to rollback.
