Since obtaining ownership of my company I've contributed to a 16% increase in total revenues ( = 7 million) by leading negotiations that resulted in the acquisitions of smaller firms that expanded the scope of our services. I might give a fuck about what you have to say if I didn't manage a company, and actually pursued a position in a fortune 500 company BUT luckily that's not the case. I will agree I was very lucky, and I abused the fuck out of that luck by investing in my human capital to put me in a position to not only successfully generate more profits, but also have the option to sell the firm so I can fully commit myself to practicing law. Naw yeah don't get it twisted credit should be given where credit is due regardless of socioeconomic status but I feel like that's a point that's already been implicitly made. With respect to the other shit, you can't really apply that kinda stuff to someone who came out the slums of colombia born and raised, and had to spend their childhood at that same particular shop (after coming to the U.S.) in order to help parents who's basic understanding of English and culture was extremely limited, and required continuous help with customers and affiliates. Anyways with that said, I'm not going to remain silent if someone assumes or associates my youth to a lack of contribution to the economic/academic success I currently enjoy because frankly I put a fuck ton of hours into it. Plus I'm not gonna take shit from some random white guy in his mid 20s with an undergrad who thinks he's hot shit.
