On this event, as I remember I placed my bet on exorcists. When I checked out the results... exorcists win, but I lost... The bet was shown on 9th.
Nevermind, I didnt intend to give big importance to that lose, but... after one day I saw that I didnt just lost my last money... but my capital instead of that daily 10 euro plus ... surprise: - (minus) 94 euro...!!!
How could that be possible ? Could someone to light my mind ?

At a later time the result of that 1st match was changed and therefore your original bet was changed to "you lost" but as you already bet the new money all Gbooky can do is make you capital negative. |

It has been finished on 30.01. In the meanwhile you've spent most of your money on other matches so you ended up with a relatively low gbooky balance of like 20,00 EUR after your last bet on 07.02. However, gzilla vs. sticked got cancelled afterwards (on 11.02.) due to missing broadcast, so GTV wants it's money back for that match and this is, where your negative balance comes from. Basically you've spent money that wasn't yours... or...let's say... shouldn't even exist. |

Its not a GTV fail, we can explain it so many times. Fact is: you betted on a match with teams that didnt even exist! I only found out about this yesterday, so I cancelled these matches, with the result that gtv wants the money that you won back. How simple is that?
19.02 17:50 MA#24163 CANCELLED BET 35.00€ GTV returned the money that you put on the match, back to you 19.02 17:50 MA#24163 REOPENED BET -80.50€ GTV took the money that you won on that match back, because you shouldn't have won it in the first place* * in this case because the guy who added these matches added a lot of fake matches, with teams that didnt even exist |

It IS a GTV fail anyway...
Lets say that we play for real money, you show the bets... we bet. Than we see that we won some money and we get that money into our pockets. How can you say after a while that infact we lost and we must give the money back ? Its ilogical what you try to explain. Its your falut, than assume your fault ! |

I'm not going to discuss this further with a guy that calls my explanation illogical, just because he doesnt understand it.
Also, if you're that stupid to bet real money on teams/things that you dont even know, thats your problem. Apart of this, you seem to be taking GBooky a bit too serious, maybe you should really bet with real money if you dont like our system. |
