As a result of using disallowed cheats on a practice 3o3,
[flag=sco]hx^razz has been banned from all Warleagues Cups / Leagues and will never be allowed to play any Cups / Leagues in the future as a use of this kind of tools / cheats is totally disallowed by Warleagues.
[flag=sco] razz was known as one of the top UK players and earned a lot of respect troughout the Warleagues Season V ( Last Warleagues season ) Premier group, Clanbase NationsCup and the EuroCup, but it is after usage of this kind of cheats that this well earned respect went to 0.0.
We would like to point out that cheaters will get a permanent ban on Warleagues, without further discussion.
Team Helix clan is beeing told that they can still participate in the Cup as razz himself has been kicked from the clan.
Further more, the game
Team Helix vs Tank Thirty Four in Season VI where razz was fielded, Tank Thirty Four gets a def. win 0-2 instead of the 2-0 for Team Helix as Warleagues states that recent games where the cheating player was fielded, get a def. win for the other team!
If Team Helix would feel the need to field any player(s) that use this kind of cheats, then Team Helix itself is able to get a permanent Warleagues ban.

can somebody explain me how those pictures can prove that he has this "cheat"? I really think they are very very very vage (just like rocksolid :P) In my oppionon you can't even say he is "cheating" when you look at those pictures and the text under it 0.o
He can see through trees using an external program (screenshot1) + he has a custom crosshair also by using an external program.
I got a custom crosshair too, but it's ingame. You can easily create it size by typing some weird code (which is not cheating, because it is allowed according to pb).
so is everything that pb doesnt kick for because it sucks allowed?
my point is that you can't ban somebody for a custom crosshair :S. I mean, we could kick more people then with a custom size of the crosshair. You can adapt that too. But have you heard of anybody being banned because he had a custom size? Not exactly. And still, if it the match wasn't on/for cb/wl what the fuck do they have to do with it? As long as he doesn't use "this external program" in the officials everything will be fine. CB and WL are both being very unreasonable on this point. Im sorry for both these tournaments but if you keep deleting these big players ET is definitly going dead. So from now on I don't want to hear any whine any more from CB or WL that ET is going dead. They are the ones killing it.
he got banned for creating himself an unfair advantage in comparison to other players, that involves removing parts of the map as well as using an extra programme to compensate the problems that arise because of this.

removing parts of the map? try /r_drawfoliage 0 ... it removes the grass on radar for example... I got it too, but has anyone ever banned me before? guess not 0.o but can you see on the screenies that his crosshair is being edited by another program? (not that Im very good at understanding that screeny :P ), and if that is so, can you be 100%, but REALLY 100% sure that is another program? If it is 99,9% there is still change he isn't using it. This is reason for CB and WL to unbann him. CB and WL don't want to punish innesent people, won't they?
disussing if he did or not is not neccessary because he admited, thats why its quite easy to judge :p

Using picmip 15 [ or others alike ] will remove all grass / leaves giving an unfair advantage un such maps as Radar. /r_drawfoliage only removes grass, which is allowed on most servers anyway.
If you look at Screenshot 1 again, you can notice there's ment to be a bush there. don't you think it's abit unfair that someone can hide behind this bush shooting you without seeing them?

how can you be sure it was him? I mean, if he admitted it on IRC, it could be some kind of nicklamer pretending he was razz. (im not discussing the guid, because I think that must be correct (although there is always some way to get the same guid)) If you did a /msg L whoami or something, it still might be somebody else, who had razz's pass.

has he been in front of the court then? was their a judge giving him a penalty? was it a fair judge? did he admit it in real life?

you can see the shadow of the tree on the ground as well as the stem, just no leaves and bushy stuff.

yea I found the rule here too. I yes, it was the problem I didn't know the CB rules.
For WL it says this (I didn't find more (maybe improve the rules? :D ))

as I believe it was a practice match. This means it was not a league/ladder/cup match (unless they use those matches as practice matches, which I think would not be very smart).

a hack is a hack gives him an unfair advantage, im sure ya wouldnt be sayin that if you had to play against him with those turned on, Is there an aimbot with it? or is there no way of telling?

surely not an aimbot, that's a cheat to obvious (playing constant with abnormal high accuracy says enough) hax is far more difficult to proove but as seen above, not impossible

i totaly agree with the opinion of tospot.
As far as i know he cheated in a non official match and in my opinion you cant ban someone for cheating in a non official match.
Do you get baned from sportsleagues if you cheat in a match with friends? NO!
Sure cheating is not right but thats no reason for banning him from all warlueages!

They can ban him. They just did. Warleagues rules are simple, dont cheat. He did cheat, hence he's banned. Doesnt matter if it was in official or not, at least not to warleagues, and if you want to play for warleagues you must obey their rules.
the rules suck tbh :x I agree with ZeroJoker, although his example is a bit weird, but it's hitting the main issue.

if a player is doped and they found out after a friendly match and the player didnt play any official in this time, i doubt Fifa wont do anything. They will mostlikely ban him for all Fifa competitions as well.
Its just stupid to allow someone to cheat/dope or whatever just because he didnt play official in any leagues with cheat. Thats why wl and cb banned him.
