indeed, you have to live in a english speaking country to be allowed to do english shoutcasts. i will set mine to swedish right away
not really, I just don't see how you commentate if you don't have a full command over the language. Few people in the ET community can speak English flawlessly having not grown up around it.... at least from what I've heard from the countless teams I've been on.... either that or the accent is too hard to understand what is being said :DDD

I think It's good that people show initiative to bring life and action into ET. A shoutcast in english will reach more people than one in swedish so I believe It's a no brainer. I can't understand how you can be "annoyed" by the fact that other people try to shoutcast in their non-native languages.
