They are playing more active than anyone else. No surprise they have won few games and doesn't mean they deserve higher league.

I would still say the same, would be more than expected to lose vs these guys since they are playing 3v3s daily with same lineup.

well no, not really, but defeating some decent teams a few times does not mean they are fit to spend an entire season competing in the same league as them :P
and I'm sure I could find counter-examples with a couple minutes of searching where they lost to 2nd/3rd league teams
