A hack related kick is a hack related kick, especially when it's some obscure cvar and not nc_aim.

You need to realize that people pay for these servers and some people might not have money to spend $100+/month for ETTV servers. I pay for 3 servers right now and don't have enough money to extend my ETTV. Be happy with what you have man, people who run ETTV servers are doing this for you as a favor, so please be thankful for anything.
