actually no. we are talking about knowingly playing with a banned player. this is only punishable if you play in the league with that banned player. you can't do anything to stop a player playing with a cheater on irc or any other league they aren't banned in.

If you are caught cheating, you'll be banned on CG. If you return while banned on CG, your ban will be extended. If you help a CG banned player return on CG by playing with him on CG, you'll be banned on CG.
