A while ago I played against some Spanish team with a guy called CiD on it. He was totally obvious and he appeared to be on the nC list after that. I highly doubt that there's a second Spanish CiD.

I don't mind losing against skill, but there's a big difference between skill and cheats. You're kinda avoiding the real issue here, which confirms my suspicion even more that you are the same guy, who apparently dodged a ban.

I'm sure that CiD was Spanish, he was on a Spanish team. That he/you didn't get banned doesn't mean much. Several people who disappeared for a while avoided a ban cause the leagues apparently only banned people who tried to be active in a team. Even some people who kept coming back to play scrims or even matches, didn't get banned, mostly cause nobody cared because they weren't highskilled.
