Oh lol, well, there is no rule regarding this at CB, at least when donex was around, we could get any match on gtv, without the teams allowing it.
more to my point was just because one guy wants to play on ettv and the rest doesn't why should we play it on ettv... that and the servers are poor from the last few we've had to play on anyway
Do you remember which server that was? You also have a saying (or how do you say that?) in what server you play on, so just tell the oppo that you want another server if you think the one you're on is shit?
Apart of the matchserver being used, it is pretty common to have every offi on ettv (apart of if it is a good or bad thing, that discussion still pops up often), maybe even 'normal'.

Yeah we've spoke to the opponents and i just get shit from 2 of them moaning about no ettv, it used to be common back in the day yeah but i still dont see why we should bother if its 1 guy demanding it, i dont particularly care if it is or not but if my team dont want to and 2 of us have connection issues to the usual servers teams like us get dished out by from gtv then play on a server both teams can in all honesty i just cba going through a bunch of gtv servers till we find one we can both agree on if i have a server we can use that both teams will have no issues with, if i wanted to play ettv and the other team didnt i wouldnt complain and moan about it, id just say fair enough no ettv. Oh and the servers are usually the german ones, i know im not the only person with this problem but quite a lot of people have issues with packetloss etc on them
I can understand that, didn't realise that he cancelled it already also ^^ As for the german ones, they're all Hetzner and the UK players are known to have a bad ping to it, then there's also Anaconda who makes it even worse with his torrents :P Best for you ofcourse is to use UK servers, our UK location is normally doing well, but we've had some huge packetloss issues there this month :( NL shouldn't be a problem for you guys (if the ISP's are all ok, that is), just as information for when you have to use our servers again in the future ^^
